1. The Service

ZeekLabs helps brands monitor and improve how they are represented in responses from third-party AI systems (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others). The Service works by sending queries to these third-party AI providers and analyzing their responses. We do not control what those systems say and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, or improvement in AI-generated responses.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits & Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each analysis consumes credits.
• Credits may be purchased through our payment provider (Dodo Payments).
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate or distribute misleading claims about a brand's AI visibility to third parties
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

5. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, and others) to generate analysis. Their outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or change without notice, and are outside our control. Analysis results are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed fact.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CLIKBOUND PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Data: You retain ownership of the brand data and information you provide. You grant us a license to use this data to provide the Service.
• Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Analysis results will be accurate or complete
• Your brand's visibility in AI responses will improve

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIKBOUND PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any third-party content or conduct on the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLIKBOUND PRIVATE LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
